Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actor from Australia. Cornish is most well-known for her films roles, including Heidi in the film Somersault (2004). She also played Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) as well as for her collaboration with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish's debut Screen Actors Guild Award was due to her performance in the film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough starred as The Mothman Prophecies and other movies. Betty Gilpin's parents were incredibly supportive in encouraging her to pursue a career as an actor. Fordham College, where Gilpin worked to improve her skills, was the college that she chose to attend. After graduating, Gilpin started acting in off-Broadway productions while submitting auditions for TV and film roles. Gilpin was cast in a minor role on Ghost Town 2008 and The Northern Kingdom (2009). In addition, she appeared on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. Gilpin acquired a great deal of TV knowledge in the next seasons, mostly through the roles of guest stars. The actress finally received her breakthrough with Nurse Jackie's role as a regular on the show in 2013. Gilpin was the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes until Nurse Jackie's season ended June of 2015. Gilpin was also seen on True Story, a mystery thriller.
